Saturday 9am-6pm
Sunday 12pm-5pm

All cancellations must be done no later than 5 days prior to your arrival or there will be a 2 (two) day boarding charge for all pets with reservations.

To pick up earlier than scheduled, please call to notify us a minimum of two days ahead of the new pick up day. This will enable us to allow another client to occupy that space. If no call is made, then you will be charged till your regular set up date was made.

Pets who are picked up more than 24 hours early, will be charged 50% of the remaining boarding reservation.

Holiday Stays - We accept holiday reservations in advance with a deposit guarantee. Any cancellation made inside of 48 hours of the reservation will be charged a 2 day stay. We reserve the right to require a minimum number of days for your pets stay in order to make a holiday reservation. The minimum day requirement varies, depending on the holiday.  Holiday stays (Nov.-Jan.) are an extra 10% on top of regular rates.  No discounts are given during major holidays.

Rates - All rates are subject to change, without notice.

Boarding Charges - Boarding charges are incurred for the first days stay, regardless of the arrival time that day. There is no charge for the dogs stay, if the pet is picked up before 11:00 a.m. (Exception being Sunday).

Food - Bring your pet's current food.  We don't want to switch their diets.

Bedding - At this time, due to the canine influenza virus, we will not be accepting bedding or cloth items with your pet.

Bathing - Dogs boarding with us for 7 nights or more, are given a complimentary bath before going home. This does not include aggressive, hard to do or dogs coats that matte.

All boarding pets must be free of fleas or be given Frontline at the owner's expense. Owners must provide proof of vaccinations/titers for their dog before they can stay at our home.

For the safety of all pets and visitors, customer's pets are required to be on a leash and under control (or in a carrier) at initial interview.

Shot Requirements for Boarding
DOGS: DHLPP-Bordatella, Rabies, and Frontline (flea/tick prevention).
CATS: Distemper, Rhinatracheitis and rabies. Shots must be current and you must bring proof from your vet or township.
Dogs & Cats: Vaccinations must be administered at least 20 days prior to boarding.
